These terms and conditions shall be binding on each participant and/or donor for the worldwide territory who voluntarily desire to make monetary donations to Sri Sandeepani Gurukula Trust.
Our Privacy Policy which is available at Privacy Policy forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
The information provided by the Donor on this website shall be kept confidential and shall not be shared with anyone.
Sri Sandeepani Gurukula Trust may share your personal information with our bankers for clearing necessary payments, if required. This information shall be strictly up to the legal permissible limit and not exceeding.
You shall confirm that the donation shall be made with a Credit Card, Debit card or Net Banking.
Before making the online donation, it is recommended that the Donor shall make necessary enquiry about the charges or fees payable against the Credit/Debit card used from Credit Card or the Debit Card service provider i.e. the respective Bank.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation, your transaction will be processed through our payment gateway services provider, CCAvenue. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorise CCAvenue to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.
Your Information
Before we can process a donation you must provide us with (i) your name, address and email address; (ii) details of the credit or debit card; and (iii) confirmation that you wish to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information. The donation made by means of a card that you do not personally own, the permission of the card owner must always be obtained to make payments using the card. By using the system, you confirm that you have such permission. When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, CCAvenue, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them for transfer of payment. We won’t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Security
All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the Donor makes the payment. The site is secure and uses SSL encryption to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. Sri Sandeepani Gurukula Trust shall not be liable for any failure by the Donor or any person making payment to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such other persons, during the Online Payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the Course of the Online Payment Process.
Unauthorised Card Use
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.
No warranty
No warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, is given by the Sri Sandeepani Gurukula Trust in respect of the operation of the service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Sri Sandeepani Gurukula Trust does not accept liability for any damage, loss, cost (including legal costs), expenses, indirect losses or consequential damage of any kind which may be suffered or incurred by the Donor from the use of this service.

Governing Law
These Donation Policy and Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Civil Courts at Chennai.
Dispute Resolution
Without prejudice to any provisions in the terms and conditions herein, any dispute arising in relation to the terms and conditions will be submitted to a sole arbitrator appointed by Sri Sandeepani Gurukula Trust under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and rules framed there under (including amendments in force). The venue of Arbitration shall be at Chennai.
Amendment to Terms & Conditions
Sri Sandeepani Gurukula Trust reserves the right to modify/amend these Donation Policy and Terms & Conditions at any time and the current version will be that published on this website. Your use of the website after any amendment to the Terms and conditions shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/modifications.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
